Greek casserole with different vegetables
Briam (Μπριάμ) is a delicious Greek traditional vegetable dish. It’s easy to make. You simply cut all the vegetables into pieces and put them in a large oven dish with a lot of extra virgin olive oil and water. This vegetarian dish is always a success and can be eaten as a starter, side dish or main course. Very tasty with a piece of feta and some bread. (With the bread you can “dip” in the sauce so deliciously)
