Greek lamb chops
Blend the ingredients for the marinade in the bowl of the immersion blender or food processor until smooth and let the chops marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably longer.
Preheat the grill pan well, wipe most of the marinade off the meat with a piece of kitchen paper.
Spray the grill pan with a little oil, rub some with a piece of paper and grill the chops on both sides for about 4 minutes, depending on how thick they are. The best thing is that they are beautifully rosé and therefore juicy.
Let them rest for a minute before enjoying them, covered with some aluminum foil.
